great location but lacks essential upkeep
The beach is just a short walk away. Our second room was a vast improvement, with clean bedding and a pleasant atmosphere. When available, were helpful, providing us with information about the area . I appreciated the cozy feel of the lounge area.
The hotel maintenance needs serious attention.

A two-night stay revealed significant issues. The hotel appeared much better online than in reality. Our first room had disturbing stains on the bedding and carpet. Although we moved to a better room, accessing reception for assistance was frustrating as staff were often unavailable. The bed was comfortable, and the proximity to the beach was convenient.

The room was clean and had central heating, a work desk, and a dining area; I thoroughly enjoyed it, as it was very close to the town center with a private bathroom that had all the essentials.

This was exactly the twin room I wanted in Bournemouth. It was in a good location just off the town centre. I tried quick meals at Pret a Manger, within 200 metres of the hotel...
Some of the staff were not professional.
